DIET & NUTRITION

The quality of your diet is absolutely paramount to your mental health. Everything from the amount of saturated fats in your diet, to the timing of your daily coffee can influence your mood and thus your behaviour. In particular food allergies that most people suffer from to some extent are often un-diagnosed yet hugely impactful towards an individuals mood. 

If the client so chooses a portion of each therapy session will be focused on your diet. This diet is based upon the goals of the client. As a result the diet will be personally tailored to each client and sustainable. I fully believe that you should enjoy every meal and not feel starved of enjoyable food. 

Throughout the therapeutic process I am happy to do the following with you. 

  • Review your diet and dietary needs in relation to medical issues. 
  • Construct diet based around personal objectives. 
  • Provide knowledge on each dietary item and knowledge on the biology behind a sensible diet. 
  • Continous monitoring of your progress and assist in any mental struggle the client has the with the diet.
